DJs Danny Dior and Diego Rodriguez joined forces to form D opposite D in 2005, following years as solo artists. The combination of Danny’s extensive production background and Diego’s South American influence creates an explosive mix of skill and wicked progressive tech beats. Their performances are a sensory spectacle, taking the crowd on a journey where they hear, see, and feel the energy and passion the duo has for the music.

The judges were wowed by the production value of their interpretation of Afroganic's Nadeya: the remix was voted "Best Sound Quality and Production Value" and "Most Marketable" track.

Diego Rodriguez was born in Uruguay, and has always been drawn to music. His South American roots and his own personal style reflect the latest minimal, progressive, tech-house and tribal beats.

Danny was born in the Netherlands. At age 31 he is surely one of Amsterdam’s best kept secrets. A natural born performer, Danny is more than just a DJ; as a producer he also entertains, enthuses and ignites his audiences.
